All water customers must comply with the following conditions. Failure to comply will result in water station use privileges being revoked.
- There shall be no mixing of pesticides on City owned property where there is a bulk water fill station.
- It is the responsibility of the person obtaining water from the bulk water fill station to supply their own connections, hoses, containers, etc. that are used strictly and solely for use for potable water.
- A key is required to enter the gate at the Fenelon Falls Flowpoint Bulk Water Station located at 97 Francis St. W, Fenelon Falls. Keys can be obtained from the Lindsay Service Center at 26 Francis St., Lindsay or Fenelon Falls Library at 19 Market St. , Fenelon Falls. Keys are not to be copied or transferred and remain the property of the City of Kawartha Lakes. Keys no longer required can be returned. There is a $25 fee per key.
- Misuse of the Bulk Water Station may result in prosecution by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
